When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable...
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Work at Home thru oDesk
oDesk is a global job marketplace for small and medium sized business that hire, manage and pay remote freelancers or teams who basically want to work at the comfort of their own home. Based in Menio Park, CA, Odesk was founded in 2003 by Greek students Odysseas Tsatalos and Stratis Karamanlakis. Since Outsourcing is the latest trend of contracting out job opportunities, Odysseas and Stratis created a marketplace in which freelance workers and potential employers can connect. The site manage the payments, and make money by charging 10% of the employer's payment to oDesk which equates to 11.11% on top of the amount paid to the contractor.
Basically you need to create your own career profile first, and need to answer oDesk Readiness Test before you can apply for any jobs that you're interested in. And if you want to enhance your profile, taking skills test would help and would be an advantage to land a job. Then after creating your profile, is the hourly rate. This rate should reflect the level and quality of work that you provide. If you are not sure what rate to set, you can go through Oconomy pages to check how much you would be paid for the exact same job at an office or look through other providers/contractors. Your resume plays an important role too because this is where you show off your skills and other work experiences. If you are good on other skills not related to your previous jobs, for example you're familiar with Web Designs/Creation then flaunt it! Clients search for providers/contractors based on their skills, so if you want to receive job offers, your resume is the perfect place to showcase your skills and provides a brief description of how you utilized these skills in your previous jobs. When you're done with your profile, then time to give attention to your cover letter. Make sure you know what you're talking about, that you understand the job description set by the client. One piece of advice, never send same cover letters, because clients know if you're using a form cover letter. They appreciate if you put extra effort to write a custom letter.
Payment Methods: There are a lot of payment methods offered at oDesk that you can choose from:
1. PAYONEER - This is the fastest payment method. You get your card loaded within two days or get the funds in your card immediately in more or less than two hours
by paying $3 for immediate load fee. You can use the card for with any Mastercard merchant purchase or choose to withdraw the funds in the card
for $2.15 per withdrawal + 3% of the withdrawal amount. You are limited to the maximum withdrawal limit in which the ATM is designed, therefore,
if the limit is P10,000 and you need to get P12,000 from the card fund, you need to pay $2.15 for every withdrawal (that is, $2.15 for the first P10,000
then another $2.15 for the remaining $3,000). If you lose your debit card, you need to wait quite a long time (a month is long enough) after requesting a replacement card.
2. PAYPAL (Verified Personal accounts) - Could be cheaper to use than when withdrawing funds with Payoneer. Just pay $1.00 withdrawal from oDesk and only P50 from Paypal to the Philippine bank (withdrawal is FREE if the amount to be withdrawn is P7,000 above); Unionbank does not charge for incoming transfers from Paypal while BDO charges P200
and BPI charges 150. It takes a longer time to withdraw the money to a local bank and there is no other way to expedite the transfer (5 to 7 working days).
But in my case, it only takes a day before funds are transferred to my BPI account.
3. MONEYBOOKERS - I have not tried to withdraw money into my Moneybookers account so I am not able to provide information on all the details.
4. WIRE TRANSFER - This is another method that is possible, but I wouldn't recommend using this. Withdrawal from oDesk can be quite expensive ($30 per withdrawal).
5. LOCAL FUNDS TRANSFER - This is the most direct and least expensive withdrawal method for contractors with bank accounts in the Philippines. With Local Funds Transfer, you directly deposit your earnings into your local bank account, in Pesos, for a low, flat fee. oDesk charges $1.99 per withdrawal in Philippines Peso but it's free for your first transaction:
BPI: FREE | Union Bank: P50 | BDO: P200 | Metrobank: P76.70
ChinaBank: P200 | RCBC: P100 | LandBank: P50 | PNB: P250
